SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
1. PARTS
1.1From a look-jobs side, based at7657 GOLF CHANNEL DRIVE, ORLANDO FL 32819 ("look-jobs");
1.2 On the other hand, the INDIVIDUAL, in this act carrying the documents informed and duly registered in our database and identified by his identification name, through his login and password ("the SUBSCRIBER").
2. OBJECT
2.1The subject of this Agreement is the availability by LOOK-JOBS to the SUBSCRIBER, through its website www. look-jobs.com ("Site"), of the following tools:
a) dissemination, visualization, inclusion and alteration of their curricula;
b) search for vacancies;
c) sending resume via e-mail;
d) guidelines on the search for vacancies;
e) search for companies and access to complete data such as address, telephone and website;
f) access to own or third-party content made available by look-jobs.
2.1.1The Look-jobs Signature does not guarantee, IN ANY CASE, PROMISE OF EMPLOYMENT OR PRESENT OR FUTURE OBLIGATION OF REPLACEMENT OR OBTAINING OF JOBS FOR THE SUBSCRIBER. LOOK-JOBS does not guarantee the placement or professional replacement of the SUBSCRIBER, does not make any charge related to these activities, and the Site is only an online tool that allows the SUBSCRIBER to consult vacancies, send resumes, among other features related to the site.
2.2This agreement relates to the Parties mentioned above and applies to the use of the content made available by Arroba Empregos to the SUBSCRIBER. Access to the Content by the SUBSCRIBER is subject to acceptance of this Agreement, as well as compliance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site and the payment of the subscription.
2.3The acceptance of this Agreement will take place at the time the SUBSCRIBER clicks the "I LI AND I AGREE TO THE CONTRACT" button on the register, in cases of subscription reactivation, expressing its full agreement with the clauses and conditions contained in this Agreement.
2.4In the impossibility of the SUBSCRIBER being held responsible, the obligations presented in this agreement will be transferred to its legal guardians.
2.5The Parties recognize the e-mail (e-mail) registered at the time of contracting as a valid and effective form of communication and accept the Site as sufficient to make the Content available, as well as for any other issue related to the subscription.
2.6 It will be necessary to enter login and password (duly registered at the time of registration) to access the "Candidate Area", reserved exclusively to the SUBSCRIBER for access to all the resources and tools inherent to the subscription.
2.6.1The SUBSCRIBER will be solely responsible for the custody and maintenance of your login and password, which is personal in nature and non-transferable, for all legal purposes.
2.6.2Subscriber access to the Site, i.e. login and password, are known to you and exclusive use, and Arroba Empregos will not be responsible for any damages arising from access by third parties or hackers, using the subscriber's login and password.
2.7 It is emphasized that the content of the job advertisements contained in the Site are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the respective advertisers, who will bear the civil and criminal penalties arising from the losses they may generate.
3. TERM AND USE PLAN
3.1This Agreement will be held for an indefinite period, remaining valid for as long as the SUBSCRIBER keeps its login and password active on the Site.
4. LOOK-JOBS DUTIES AND RIGHTS
4.LOOK-JOBS will allow the SUBSCRIBER access 24 (twenty-four) hours a day and 07 (seven) days a week, however, this recognizes that because it is an online tool may, eventually, occur the interruption or suspension of access, which is why look-jobs does not guarantee access in a totally uninterrupted way, in view of the dependence on telecommunications services provided by third parties and susceptible to failures.
4.2 The look-jobs are disclaimed from any responsibility for the unavailability generated by problems of connection of the Site, the network or computers used to the worldwide computer network (Internet), without prejudice to the subscriber's obligation to make payments until the end of the contracted plan.
4.3The look-jobs reserves the right to: make any maintenance in its systems, aiming at improvements in the quality of tools and content made available, regardless of prior notice; modifications, regardless of prior notice, when there are extraordinary or unpredictable situations.
4.4 Look-jobs reserves the right to exclude any resume that presents inveracities, data divergences or that are not compatible with look-jobs policies.
4.5The look-jobs may exclude the SUBSCRIBER and its registration of login and password, if it proves any undue procedure practiced by it, such as trying to access or access pages or data not specifically intended for it, that are not clearly made available to the public, that are of reserved use or protected by someone else's password, that have any type of access limitation or that are in internal directories of the Site, being certain that any right not expressly granted to subscriber and/or candidates users of the Site in general is reserved exclusively for look-jobs.
4.6The look-jobs may also suspend subscriber access, if any divergence is found involving the name and cpf number provided by the SUBSCRIBER, or, in case of any other inconsistency in its registration or cases of default, until its regularization.
4.7 In this same sense, with respect to the vacancies announced, look-jobs reserves the right to suspend and exclude from its system advertisers who do not comply with current standards and legislation and that do not comply with the policies of the look-jobs. Ads, telephone, e-mail or any other electronic means are expressly prohibited:
a) who require the SUBSCRIBER, as a condition for participation in the advertised selection process - before, during or after its termination, the payment of any fee or value, or, further, the provision of services without due remuneration, either for the recruiting company or for third parties;
b) that referred to pyramids, "work at home" system, partnerships, chains, irregularities, illegalities or immorality;
c) that contain prejudiced connotation, socially excluding or that in any way contravenes the Federal Constitution and its principles, the legislation in force or, even, the right of third parties, and therefore not being allowed job advertisements in which there is reference to sex, age, race, religion, health conditions, sexual option, family situation, state of pregnancy, political opinion, nationality, social origin and any other forms of discrimination, except where the nature of the activity to be carried out, publicly and notoriously, so requires;
d) who require or require the candidate to the vacancy proof of previous experience for more than six months in the same type of activity;
(e) offering consultancy services other than a real employment opportunity;
(f) using third-party data without proper authorisation;
g) that the description of the vacancy and/or professional profile requested are not consistent with the branch of activity of the advertiser or the company holding the advertised vacancy;
h) To share the profile of subscribers of the Site, or that they are related to particular services, such as diarists, among others.
4.8 In view of the data being public for viewing and dissemination, the SUBSCRIBER is aware that your resume and other information inserted in the Site may be viewed by third parties, including your current or future employer. Thus, when hiring the look-jobs, the SUBSCRIBER knows and recognizes that there is a risk that his resume will be accessed by third parties, being certain that the SUBSCRIBER expressly recognizes and agrees that the look-jobs can not be held responsible, under any circumstances, for any damages suffered by the SUBSCRIBER arising from the viewing of his resume by his current employer or by any third parties.
4.9Considering that look-jobs does not participate in any subscriber negotiations with third parties, advertisers or non-advertisers of vacancies on the Site, the SUBSCRIBER expressly acknowledges and agrees that look-jobs cannot be held responsible for losses and damages of any kind that may be known as a result of such negotiations, whether contractual, non-contractual or of any other nature, before her or third parties.
4.10By adhering to this Agreement, THE SUBSCRIBER expressly authorizes the look-jobs to keep its resume in its database, as well as any other information that the SUBSCRIBER
may include on the Site, such as, but not limited to, letters of presentation, reference letters, quality surveys and other related information, and may use it exclusively for the purposes of disclosure on the Site. The SUBSCRIBER is aware and agrees that it may revoke such authorization by simply communicating by e-mail to look-jobs at any time, without prejudice.
4.10.1The SUBSCRIBER is aware that companies that are looking for candidates or including vacancies, will have access to the information mentioned in the previous clause, except for those that the SUBSCRIBER effectively indicates as confidential at the time of insertion of the data in the look-jobs platform.
4.11 It is already forbidden to share the content available on the site of look-jobs intended for paying users or not, except if by links of the look-jobs site itself, whether on social networks, by e-mail, or any other means of dissemination, in this case the look-jobs may, in its sole discretion, suspend or cancel subscriber access.
5. SUBSCRIBER DUTIES AND RIGHTS
5.1 It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the SUBSCRIBER to access the worldwide network of computers (internet), which must provide you in order to be able to enjoy your subscription.
5.2 The SUBSCRIBER shall be solely responsible for:
(a) for the veracity of your data, such as your CPF or, if you do not have, the CPF of a legal guardian, as well as the data registered for collection and other information, which should always be complete and up-to-date in case of change, as requested on the pages of the register; (b) the correct use of your login and password, which are for personal use and non-transferable;
(c) for the content and veracity of the information contained in your resume and the complete registration of the curriculum;
(d) for any activity that occurs within the scope of its access;
(e) for its access to the Internet, thus responding in isolation to any civil and/or criminal burdens and/or sanctions that may result from error or demeanor may be committed by the SUBSCRIBER when using the Site; and yet yet
(f) for acts that third parties practice on your behalf, through the use of your login and access password, provided that the subscriber's fault or deed is proven.
5.3 The SUBSCRIBER expressly authorizes that the registration mentioned in the previous item is made and maintained by the look-jobs on its servers, as well as the provision of the information contained in its registration to:
(a) competent public authorities who formally request them, pursuant to the U.S. Federal Constitution and applicable legislation; and
(b) strategic, commercial or technical partners, including but not limited to the possibility of offering better conditions for the resources of their Products/Solutions. The SUBSCRIBER expressly declares its agreement regarding the collection of information by look-jobs to perform traffic monitoring, in order to identify user profile groups and for advertising guidance purposes.
5.4 The SUBSCRIBER will be responsible for sending resumes to the vacancies registered on the Site, since this is not done unilaterally by look-jobs, and the SUBSCRIBER must use the online tool available on the Site to do so.
5.5 The SUBSCRIBER authorizes in this act the use of your name, profile picture, content inserted in your resume and in other fields available on the site, without any financial compensation. Subscriber agrees that your data may be displayed in the applications available on the look-jobs website, including but not limited to the Candidate Area.
6.6 If the SUBSCRIBER does not regularize your subscription, Arroba Empregos will suspend your access indefinitely.
6.6 Requesting cancellation, the access interruption will be automatically scheduled by the system, being certain that subscriber access will remain active until the end of the chosen plan period.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
8.1 The clauses presented in this agreement will be accepted from the moment the SUBSCRIBER expresses its agreement in the applicant registration by clicking the EU LI button AND I AGREE TO THE CONTRACT.
8.2 The SUBSCRIBER, when filling out the registration on the Site with his/her data, information and including his/her resume, gives and transfers, in a precarious and free way,
his/her registration information (name, address, e-mail, etc.) and professionals for look-jobs, authorizing the use of this data only for internal purposes and related to the activities of the Site. At any time this authorization may be revoked by the SUBSCRIBER, through simple e-mail communication to look-jobs.
8.3 The invalidity or invalidity of any of the provisions of this agreement shall not result in the nullity or invalidity of the other provisions, and the provisions considered subsequently null or void shall be rewritten in accordance with applicable law, without prejudice to the SUBSCRIBER.
8.4 The SUBSCRIBER expressly declares, by this instrument, that, pursuant to Article 46 of Law No. 8.078/1990 (Consumer Protection Code), has become aware prior to this Agreement on the look-jobs Website, including the possibility of printing it, and that it has evaluated, read and agrees with all the provisions and clauses described herein.
9.TERM OF ACCESS THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
9.1 In compliance with law no. 13,709/18 - General Data Protection Law, Referring to the processing of personal data, including digital media, the declarant informs that he has science, agrees and authorizes look-jobs, for registration and maintenance purposes, to enable the service whenever necessary, as well as to send communications and information by look-jobs, whether by email, phone, application and website, messaging and digital media.
I am aware that the capture, storage, manipulation and editing of my personal data and my parents and dependents is being carried out in compliance with the General Standards of Enabling the look-jobs site.
The look-jobs can share my data and my parents and dependents with business partners to enable their services and compliance with current legislation.
(x) I authorize the receipt of the communication of the look-jobs.
(x) I authorize the use of my name, image, voice in media and digital look-jobs platform, for journalistic, educational and advertising purposes; for promotional material and advertising, by reproduction in photo, video and audio.
If the declarant wishes to change the consents set out, he/she must request it in the customer relationship area or by e-mail.

10th FORO
10.1 In the form of the Law, the consumer's fora will prevail, unless the Parties expressly, and willingly, agree with another.
