Prepare a small variety of concession-type food and beverage that require a short preparation time. Taking and filling customer orders and cleaning food equipment, when necessary. Food preparation includes frying dough using small fryer; cutting and squeezing lemons to make lemonade; and mix batter from premade ingredients for funnel cakes and corn dogs, then fry those items using small fryer.

Requirements

Must lift/carry 30 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-employment background check required of all workers in the position, both foreign and domestic.
