Job duties

Performs duties like: driving and operating farm machinery to plant, cultivate, spray, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate a self-propelled combine. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Must be willing to perform manual labor if requested.Farming with: Corn, Rice, Soy Beans. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job expectations, misconduct, insubordination, or violations of safety protocols may result in termination.

Transportation

The employer will permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and provide reimbursement upon arrival at the farm for all inbound and outbound transportation at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved. This may include plane, train, bus, or automobile.
