Cultivate and harvest vegetables and watermelon. Field maintenance including stripping field of undersize green tomato for salsa, pruning, staking, planting, hammering stakes, using stake puller machine, adjusting vines, loading plastic into compactor, irrigation duties and all other crop activities. Equipment driving and maintenance. Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Drug testing may occur during the interview process and will be conducted at the sole cost and discretion of the employer. Must be able to lift 20-50lbs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and able to lift and carry 20-50lbs. in field. Housing

Transportation

For workers recruited outside the area of intended employment, transportation and subsistence expenses will be reimbursed by the employer in accordance with 20 CFR § 655.122(h).
