Performs any of the following tasks to attend to livestock: Processing yearling. Checking fence daily. Starting wells to water cattle. Breaking ice. Haying yearlings. Inspect livestock for illness/injuries. Well maintenance. Moving cattle to different fields. Maintaining feed equipment. Snow removal if needed. Drive to town to pick up cattle supplies. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

Requisitos

Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 70 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.

Transporte

The employer will permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and provide reimbursement upon arrival at the farm for all inbound and outbound transportation at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distance involved. This may include plane, train, bus, or automobile.
