Job duties

Duties include drive and operate farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, harvesting of crops wheat & beans. Workers will drive tractors installed with GPS and operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize. They will haul materials, supplies or crops to designated locations. Workers will haul grains, equipment, and input items such as fertilizer, seed, and supplies to storage and stockpiles on the farm or local elevators. All crops and supplies will be the property of the Employer. There will be no commercial hauling. Routine maintenance will be done on all equipment & grounds. Workers must be able to work independently after being given instructions and must be team players when needed. Requirements: - Employees have valid driver's license or obtain one in 60 days. - Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. - NO TEXTING. - No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing or grounds. - No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged. - Must be able to read, understand and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons. - No Educational level is required. - Must have three months of tractor driving experience with GPS and towed implements. Operate and understand GPS and computerized monitors.

Requirements

Employees must have valid driver's license or obtain one in 60 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking in the equipment, vehicles, housing or grounds. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is otherwise discouraged. No Educational level is required. Must have three months of tractor driving experience with GPS and towed implements. Operate/understand GPS with computerized monitors.

Housing

House: wooden structure 4 bedrooms 4 bath Fully furnished kitchen Washer and Dryer on site Also furnished with Heat, AC, TV, Internet, First Aid Kits, and Fire Extinguishers Total Capacity 4, only 2 is needed for this application Housing is shared between Jon Myrdal and Mark Myrdal.

Transportation

Upon completion 50% of work contract, the Employer will reimburse worker's airfare transportation and daily subsistence (inbound) a minimum reimbursement of $ 16.78 per day and a maximum reimbursement of $ 68.00 per day. Receipts required from the place of recruitment to theplacement of work. Upon completion of contract, the employer will pay the (outbound) cost to the place of recruitment, except when the worker does not return to place of original recruitment or an extension is filed.
