We have a large amount of grain storage and grain conditioning that we need help with as well as moving snow and Ice from buildings and facilities during periods of cold weather. Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found is SOC Code 53-7064 Packer/Packager. Load semi’s with hopper bottom trailers; drive and deliver grain to terminals or ports using semi-trucks. Operate fans and other equipment to condition grain and control moisture levels. Remove snow and ice from buildings and facilities using shovels, brooms, hammers, and other equipment. While a CDL is not required for this job, some workers may possess a CDL. Must be able to speak and understand English.

Requirements

Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost to the worker and be subject to the employers drug free and alcohol free workplace policy including testing protocols. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
