Field Workers will be asked to perform a number of different jobs. Jobs may include but are not limited too. Pruning trees, pulling brush, cutting logs, mowing grass, grafting trees, planting trees, pounding post, setting up trellis, pulling weeds, irrigation setup, driving tractors or forklifts.

Housing

Housing is Barrack style. Workers will be provided with a set of sheets, a pillow, a bath towel and a wash cloth to get them started. Each room will also include a set of pans, tableware, a set of dish towels and hot pads, so that they may cook their own food.

Transportation

Employer will arrange & provide transportation to (inbound) and from (outbound) the place of recruitment and place of work via bus. In cases where the worker prefers alternate transportation, employer shall reimburse worker for cost of transportation after worker has completed 50% of work contract period, from place of recruitment to place of work.
