Requirements

Housing

Workers are responsible for maintaining employer-provided housing in a clean, safe, and livable condition and must follow all housing rules. Workers may be charged for damages, destruction, or neglect beyond normal wear and tear if determined to have been caused by the worker. Charges will be limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement, as permitted by applicable law.

Transportation

Inbound transportation and subsistence will be reimbursed or provided in accordance with H-2A regulations after the worker completes 50% of the work contract. Upon completion of the contract, or if otherwise required by H-2A regulations, Farm and Harvest LLC will provide or pay for outbound transportation and subsistence to the worker's next place of employment or place of recruitment in accordance with 20 CFR § 655.122(h).
