Worker will construct, remodel, repair and assemble farm structures, buildings and livestock barns. Worker will unload and organize lumber, tin sheeting, roofing materials, construction tools and hardware components. Worker will frame structures, build forms, erect walls and trusses, install windows, doors and hardware in farm buildings and livestock barns. Worker will install, remodel or repair ceilings, heaters, fans, air-filters, feeders, feed lines, and gates on livestock buildings. Worker will caulk and seal structures. Worker will collect construction debris and clean worksite. One month of livestock building construction required. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs for 75yds.

Moradia

Lot 44- 2 bedroom mobile home with capacity for 7. Reasonable repair cost of damage other than that caused by normal wear and tear will be deducted from the earnings of workers found to have been responsible for damage to housing or furnishings. Deductions will also be made for cleaning when necessary, in filthy conditions or disgusting circumstances.

Transporte

The employer will provide advance transportation for a reasonable (most economical) common carrier or other transportation which conforms to the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) for inbound and outbound transportation (if it is the prevailing practice). If not the prevailing practice, the employer will reimburse the worker for the transportation costs and subsistence to the employer’s worksite when the worker completes 50% of the work period.
