Workers will manually plant, hoe, weed and harvest grain. Clean, spray load/unload bins and trucks; till soil and apply fertilizers; transplant, weed, thin, prune, cultivate, and harvest field crops; apply pesticides; clean, pack and load harvested products, post harvest clean up, may construct and/or repair trellises, repair fences and farm buildings, and other related activities. Workers will also use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, prune hooks, shears, and knives.

Requisitos

Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. The employer may request additional work hours based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Use of electronic devices during work hours is restricted to emergencies only.

Vivienda

Housing is a tan, single wide home with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms that is fully furnished with kitchen and laundry facilities. Housing is appropriate for 4 occupants and is owned and operated by the employer.

Transporte

The employer offers prearranged chartered or commercial bus, van, or plane whichever is the most economical and reasonable means for the distance involved for the inbound and outbound workers travel. Refer to Addendum C for continuation.
