Crawfishing involves manually cutting of fish bait, baiting traps, operate motorized crawfish boats, traps are removed from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, traps are re-baited and put back into pond, repair crawfish traps as needed, weigh & tag crawfish, wash & grade crawfish, load/unload trucks; load crawfish in truck and deliver to markets; put out and pick up crawfish traps in ponds; stock crawfish ponds. Housing

Housing will be clean. Workers will be responsible for maintaining housing in a neat, clean manner. Reasonable repair cost of damage, other than that caused by normal wear and tear, may be charged to workers found to have been responsible for damage to housing or furnishings.

Transportation

Transportation, and related daily subsistence will be provided by the employer or paid by the employer to the worker for reasonable costs incurred for inbound and outbound travel. Employer will provide or pay for charter bus services or other modes of transportation to H-2A or U.S. workers, or permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and reimburse workers at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved.
