Perform general winter maintenance at various Mammoser Farms properties in Erie County. Perform snow removal from pathways/roadways and roofs on farm property. De-ice and repair manure/water pipes and bunker silos. Repair/maintain equipment (plows, skid steers, tractors, feeder trucks, parlor equipment). Work in all weather conditions. Random drug testing may be required at employer expense after hire for safety of workers due to operation of dangerous equipment. Ability to lift heavy snow (up to 40 lbs.). Workers referred against this order must have a minimum of 1 months experience in performing the tasks described in this order. Daily work schedule may vary based on weather conditions. Workers may drive farm plated tractors, trucks, or snowplow machines.

Ability to lift heavy snow (up to 40 lbs). Workers referred against this order must have a minimum of 1 month experience in performing the tasks described in this order. Work in all weather conditions. Random drug testing may be required post-hire at employer expense to both domestic and H-2A workers for safety of workers. Class D Driver's license is required for this position.

Housing

2 Story, 4,320 sq. ft. home with 8 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 full kitchens (2 refrigerators in each), 2 washer/dryers. Right on NY391, Left on CR470, Right on CR580, Left on CR220 (E. Eden Rd.) The 11 workers requested in this job order are CURRENTLY HERE working at Mammoser Farms, Inc. on a separate job order. They will continue living in the housing address above.

Transportation

Employer will provide or pay for airline tickets, charter bus services, or other commercial bus service to H-2A or U.S. workers, or permit workers to select any means of transportation that they choose. Employer will reimburse workers at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved. See Addendum C.
