During the cold weather months, workers will load cooperative grain into trains, bins and shuttles for storage and transportation to market, grain pile reclaim, shipping grain, rolling stock and doing stock inspections. The workers will be doing snow removal of the grain storage facilities, rural farm access points, shipping facilities, parking lots and removing snow from machinery. 2 months of experience required. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs, 50yds.

Moradia

Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, and kitchen. Reasonable repair cost of damage other than that caused by normal wear and tear will be deducted from the earnings of workers found to have been responsible for damage to housing or furnishings. Deductions will also be made for cleaning when necessary, in filthy conditions or disgusting circumstances.

Transporte

The employer will provide advance transportation for a reasonable (most economical) common carrier or other transportation which conforms to the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) for inbound and outbound transportation (if it is the prevailing practice). If not the prevailing practice, the employer will reimburse the worker for the transportation costs and subsistence to the employer’s worksite when the worker completes 50% of the work period.
