Job duties

Duties include drive and operate farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, harvesting of crops wheat & beans. Workers will drive tractors installed with GPS. Operate designated towing equipment , drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize. They will transport materials, supplies or crops from fields or bin storage to designated location of local elevators. Routine maintenance will be done on all equipment & grounds. Workers must be able to work independently after given instructions and must be a team player when needed. Requirements: - Employees have valid drivers license or obtain one in 60 days. - Semi-truck driving experience - Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. - NO TEXTING. - No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing or grounds. - No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and other wise discouraged. - Must be able to read, understand and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons. - No Educational level required. Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English for safety reasons and record keeping . Must be able to communicate with owners and other employees about jobs and various tasks. - Must have three months GPS and farm machinery with towed implements.

Requirements

Must have three months tractor driving experience installed with GPS and towed implements.

Mobile Home 3 bedrooms (one is large enough for two twin beds) 1 bath Fully furnished kitchen Washer and Dryer on site Also furnished with Heat, AC, TV, Internet, First Aid Kits and Fire Extinguishers Total Capacity 4 Housing Unit is owned by Cameron Bina

Transportation

When worker has completed 50% of the contract Employer will reimburse worker the cost of airfare and daily subsistence a minimum reimbursement of $ 16.78 per day and a maximum reimbursement of $ 68.00 per day. (Receipts required) from place of recruitment (inbound) to placement of work. Upon completion of contract employer will pay return cost of airfare (outbound) to place of recruitment, except when worker does not return to place of original recruitment or an extension is filed.
