On farms, repairing and remodeling livestock buildings. Building and repairing damaged walls and trusses, sidewalks and offices, repairing feed troughs and bin pads, repairing and installing curtains and gating, replacing or repairing and installing feed tanks, feeders, feed and water lines, ventilation systems, heaters and fans. Repair and replace exterior and interior doors, siding, ceilings and roofs, caulk structure, and clean site. 3 months livestock building maintenance required. Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs for 75 yards, work around animals and work in temperature extremes.

Vivienda

Rental housing: Licensed and permitted hotel. Reasonable repair cost of damage other than that caused by normal wear and tear will be deducted from the earnings of workers found to have been responsible for damage to housing or furnishings. Deductions will also be made for cleaning when necessary, in filthy conditions or disgusting circumstances.

Transporte

The employer will provide advance transportation for a reasonable (most economical) common carrier or other transportation which conforms to the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) for inbound and outbound transportation (if it is the prevailing practice). If not the prevailing practice, the employer will reimburse the worker for the transportation costs and subsistence to the employer’s worksite when the worker completes 50% of the work period.
